Narrative
In 1841 Census, Alexander is living with a Sarah Wilson, about 3 years younger than him. They are living with their mother Martha, who has remarried. On the same census page, but listed with other families there are two further Wilsons: John Wilson, born about 1824 in Essex, and Thomas Wilson, born about 1826 in Essex. The same John and Thomas Wilson can be found in the 1851 census living in Hawkwell (where Alexander was living at the time). No other Wilsons (except spouses) are found in Hawkwell in 1851. Thomas and John may also be siblings. John appears in the 1861 census as John Walson. Thomas Wilson can be found in the 1871 census still living with the same family as in the 1851 census.
